To help the molten solder flow and generate a high-quality solder joint, liquid soldering flux is applied to the circuit board assembly. The liquid flux dissolves oxides from metal surfaces, allowing solder to be used to link them together.
Hoki No Clean Liquid Flux is a low-activity halogen-free organic liquid solder flux. It's a no-clean flux with a low solids content that doesn't leave residue behind. Even without cleaning, solder junctions appear glossy after soldering. This halogen-free flux is the best soldering flux for wave soldering and surface mount assembly.
